All invoices are due upon date of receiving. Failure to pay invoices will result in legal action and costs associated. As of January 1, 2022.  * STILL EFFECTIVE JAN. 2023

All Business Licenses,TDOT Prequalified Contractor verification forms, Workers Compensation Insurance, W9s, and COI's are available upon request.

Please have all proper permits from the county of the project or event location, prior to work zone set up. We reserve the right to terminate any relationship with clients who do not respect safety for our Contractors or The Public. NO EXCEPTIONS. Period. We are dedicated to making our region the safest in America.. We stand with the constant efforts and emphasis of "Zero Roadway Fatalities" with our colleagues at The A.T.S.S.A., NDOT, TDOT, FHWA, TSB, Project Vision Zero, and The National Safety Council.

Emergency Rate is $45 per hour for immediate response situations.
Holiday & Sunday rates are $40 dollars per hour. Davidson County rates are $35 for flagmen, $35 for Off Duty Uniforms. Outside of Davidson County, all rates are $35 per hour in surrounding municipalities or $35 drive time over 20 mile radius. This is negotiable on a project by project basis.
Whichever works best for your budget. In the case of cancelations less than 4 hours prior to start time, the client will be charged a 4 hour minimum per person, for loss of projected work for that day. No Exceptions. This includes all weather cancelations and situations. (sec.5.1a) ©️
